Harmony Sinfonia secured funding from the Mayor's Fund of Lewisham, in the ward of Brockley and more recently through a successful Kickstarter campaign to create and deliver orchestral music workshops for children in SE London primary schools John Stainer, Childeric and Gordonbrock.
The topics in each series of workshops (Film Music, Sea Pictures) enabled the children to experience orchestral instruments and to collaborate with our performers to compose and perform their own music inspired by our concert theme.
All children under 12 are admitted free to any of our concerts to encourage the next generation of musicians!
